TX14/2/16/2008 Saturday registration at 7:30 a.m., riders meeting at 8:30 a.m., 4 stage Rifle at 9:00 a.m. At 1:00 p.m., there will be a 2 stage handicapped team jackpot. Each team consists of two riders and no rider can enter more than twice. If you are on one team, you will run each stage once. If you are on two teams, you will run each stage twice. Team members will run back-to-back. Handicaps are determined on the basis of the combined class level total of the team. For example, a level 2 and a level 4 team would have a combined class level of 6, whereas two level 5's would have a combined level of 10. Level 8 is the zero handicap level where no time is added or taken away. For each level below 8, two seconds is taken away and for each level above 8, two seconds is added. Accordingly, the level 6 team would have 4 seconds taken off its combined time and the level 10 team would have 4 seconds added. The cost is $25.00 per rider with 50% payback. A chuckwagon dinner will follow. Sunday will begin with Cowboy Church at 8:00 a.m. by Bubba Fowler with first rider out for 4 stage pistol match at 9:30 a.m. The match will be a payback, but the amount has yet to be determined.
